**Overview**

Kimley-Horn's Charlotte office is seeking an experienced Program Analyst - Eminent Domain with 2+ years of experience to join their Transportation Planning & Traffic Operations team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Support project teams in the coordination and delivery of transportation and infrastructure projects.
+ Assist with eminent domain and right-of-way acquisition efforts, including document management, tracking property impacts, and coordinating project information.
+ Maintain project schedules, action item logs, milestones, and deliverable tracking tools.
+ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, planners, surveyors, appraisers, attorneys, government agencies, and property owners as needed.
+ Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, status reports, correspondence, and project documentation.
+ Organize and maintain project files, databases, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
