**Description**
SAIC is currently seeking a **Program Analyst – Reserve Coordinator ** located at **Camp Smith in Honolulu, Hawaii** to support the **USPACOM J7 ** to produce orders, directives, and plans intended to facilitate J7 guidance for theater training and exercises, support J7 executive travel for events, and leverage appropriate tools in support to J7 staff.
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
+ Assists with plans for maximizing reserve force utilization and readiness in support of USPACOM exercises. Assists with managing long-term reserve man-day budgets for assigned exercise and training reserve personnel to meet the operational support requirements for all Services. Assists with management of all aspects of the Reserve Program, Selected Reservist (SELRES) and Long-term Reserve Support for exercises. Assists with liaison between the J7, respective Service Reserve components, and the J1 Director for Manpower, Personnel and Administration.
