Job Summary

Support teams that build products by managing customer accounts across program delivery. The Program Administrator reports to the Program Manager and assists in all aspects of the business relationship.

Responsibilities

• Present value‑added materials to customers or suppliers and influence customers to use Assist.
• Assist in reviewing program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures, staffing requirements and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations and other stakeholders to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
• Drive and coordinate projects and activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) to ensure program progress on schedule and within budget.
