As a professor (0.6-1 FTE) at Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas) you will advance research and development (R&D) into and education about making positive impact in and through the use of sustainable food experiences. This professorship is firmly grounded in practice — developed in close dialogue with industry partners who have confirmed both the urgency and the relevance of the challenges ahead. As Professor of Sustainable Food Experiences (0.6-1 FTE), your work centres on questions regarding food experiences and sustainable food systems.
