This full‑time on‑site position is part of JLL’s Project & Development Services team in Singapore.

• Support the project team from initiation through design, construction and completion of diverse fit‑outs and refurbishments for tenants and landlords in commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality and education sectors.
• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, managing schedules, budgets and vendor relationships to avoid downtime.
• Prepare project specifications, timelines, tender or bid documents, and procurement plans.
• Produce weekly project reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Deliver projects within established budgets and timelines.
