Professional Support Person & Family Worker, Social Services Graduate

We are looking for an experienced social services graduate to join Okeiko's growing and positive team for professional support and family work tasks in the Helsinki, Espoo, and Kirkkonummi areas. The ideal candidate has experience in daily guidance for neurodiverse individuals, strengthening emotional and interaction skills, and supporting goal‑oriented daily activities. In this role, you will act as a respected expert in your field in the daily lives of children, adolescents, and families. You will plan and execute your work independently and goal‑orientedly according to the client’s service plan, promoting agreed‑upon objectives in collaboration with the client, family, and representatives of the well‑being area.
