**Job Title: Production Worker**
**Job Description**
We are seeking diligent candidates to work in our manufacturing environment, creating quality windows and patio doors. All candidates will be cross-trained in multiple areas within the facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Double Hung: Involves heavy lifting, repetitive work, and requires the ability to read schedules/labels.
+ Direct Set: Requires the ability to work independently, learn about different materials and colors, and read paperwork and labels.
+ CSMT: Role involves using a sash hanger, tape measure and reading schedules.
+ Patio Door (open): Involves heavier lifting and tape measure use.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment (minimum 6 months).
+ Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.
+ Solid attendance record.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Awareness of surroundings.
