**Production Associate – Seed Processing**

**Pay:** $21.75/hour
**Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
**Location** : Neosho, MO
**Requirements:** Steel-toe shoes | On-site tour required

**Summary**

Responsible for bagging, treating, and palletizing corn and soybean seed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**


+ Bag, treat, and palletize seed products
+ Follow production orders (quantities, lot numbers, labels)
+ Operate machinery and/or forklifts (training provided)
+ Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards

**Qualifications**


+ 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred
+ Forklift or machine operation experience a plus
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Basic math and strong attention to detail
+ Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
