As a Production Team Leader at Pressure & VM Solutions, you will partner with Andover Production. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor.
You Will Make an Impact By:
+ Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases
+ Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements
+ Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules
+ Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function
Skills You Bring:
+ Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred
+ 6+ years of related experience.
