Roles of a Production Team Leader
Lead, motivate and support a team of production operatives
Conduct daily team briefings and communicate production priorities
Monitor attendance, timekeeping and performance
Assist with training, onboarding and development of team members
Ensure production plans and schedules are achieved
Allocate labour and resources effectively to meet customer requirements
Monitor workflow and identify production bottlenecks
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards
