We Are Looking For a Team Leader with good organisational skills in a busy Press Shop environment,
with excellent communication and a positive, proactive attitude. you will be Responsible for leading a small team of production operators as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the area, processes, and systems. Flexibility to respond and display with hands-on ability, FLT licence is essential.
Supervise and manage, oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively and targets are met in line with Quality and H&S standards.
