Position Overview
We are looking for a personable Production Team Lead to assist the Bakery Production Manager in delivering fresh bread and products to our loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes.
- Lead and work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean and contribute to a great customer experience.
- Set and review production schedules to ensure product meets customer needs.
Qualifications
- Positive leader; fast learner with willingness to learn all bakery operations.
- Previous supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment.
- Great communicator, problem solver, and critical thinker.
- Early riser who can work independently or with a small team.
- Ability to forecast and adjust production levels based on detailed business data review.
