Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced L2 Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in Unix/Linux, SQL, and monitoring tools, to support mission-critical banking applications. The role involves 24x7 support, incident management, and collaboration with L3/development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L2 production support for banking applications in a 24x7 rotational shift model.
  • Manage incident lifecycle, problem management, and PMR processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement temporary/permanent fixes.
  • Handle change management, releases, and deployments.
  • Coordinate with L3 support and development teams for issue resolution.
  • Monitor applications using tools like ITRS, Autosys, AppDynamics.
  • Manage tickets and workflows via ServiceNow, UDeploy.
  • Ensure system stability and adherence to SLA targets.
