Job Description

Production Supervisors sought to join an award-winning, £multimillion turnover food manufacturing company based in Bilston. They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad.

They are permanent, full-time positions on the PM shift (Tuesday – Friday: , Saturday:


There are positions available from Level 1 to Level 3 depending on candidate experience.


Your Duties as Production Supervisor:

  • Manage an assigned production area, overseeing daily production schedules

  • Drive day-to-day operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets
