Production Supervisor (Weekday & Weekend Nights)

Shift Schedule

Weekday Night Shift: 6pm-5:30am (Monday-Thursday). Weekend Night Shift: 6pm-5:30am (Friday-Sunday).

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operation workers (approximately 50-75 employees), such as assemblers, inspectors, precision workers, machine operators, fabricators, and plant and system operators while ensuring that production schedules are created and completed on time, safely, and within budget. You will direct the manufacturing workforce to achieve production goals, enforce safety and sanitation regulations, anticipate production obstacles and manage team and stakeholders to overcome them, provide leadership and ownership of product quality, consult with Quality staff and Engineers on quality issues, manage worker problems and production issues, motivate employees, process and approve hourly timesheets and correct exceptions, monitor employee performance, attendanc...
