• Oversee night shift operations.
• Manage optics production and lead a team of skilled leaders, technicians, and operators.
• Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning teams to meet production KPIs, including OTD, quality (yield and scrap), employee efficiency, and cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Conduct MRB reviews with the Engineering team to make decisions on defective products.
• Validate and approve Time Management System records for production staff.
