Job Description
Summary
The Manufacturing Gun Production Supervisor will provide leadership and direction necessary to sustain the company’s growth within the framework of the strategic plans and goals of the company. They will oversee the daily operations to ensure safe, efficient production and high-quality output. This role leads and develops production staff, maintains workflow by setting up equipment and verifying materials, and ensures products meet design specifications and delivery timelines. The supervisor supports inventory control through Oracle transactions, communicates plant conditions to leadership, and upholds ethical practices.

- Set up and calibrate machines while verifying materials to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
