Production Supervisor (Plating)

We are looking for a Production Supervisor (Plating) for one of our automotive manufacturing clients near Whitby, ON .

Pay - Up to $80,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise chrome plating and laboratory operations to ensure production, quality, and safety targets are met.
• Lead shift employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor plating processes, chemical controls, and testing results, making adjustments as needed.
• Review production and quality data to maintain efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Oversee wastewater treatment, filtration, and fluid systems related to plating operations.
• Conduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and promote safe work practices.
