**Position Summary:**
As a Production Supervisor you play a pivitol role in managing personnel and plant operations to ensure we meet our customers' needs safely and efficiently. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee production activities, monitor costs, and foster a culture of safety and quality.As a subject matter expert, you will guide your team in safe equipment operation and ensure they are well-trained. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining communication with management and supporting our production and quality initiatives.
