Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of 80-100 Production Operators.

Ensure compliance of safety standards and promote a strong safety culture in the shop floor.

3 Years Previous experience metal mechanic industry

Oversee daily production schedules and ensure on time delivery according production plan.

Monitor and improve key performance indicators such: Efficiency, productivity, scrap, OEE, Downtime and labor utilization.

Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
