Production Supervisor

The primary focus of this position is to lead our production team in enhancing operational productivity, efficiency, and quality. This will involve collaborative efforts with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless operations. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about production excellence but also eager to foster teamwork and innovation within our facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Team Leaders by providing guidance on daily operations, team management and talent development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Warehouse, Planning, and Engineering to ensure team leaders have the available resources to achieve production targets.
• Implement business excellence projects (Continuous Improvement, LEAN, cost savings).
• Provide guidance to team leaders and point of escalation for any performance management issues within their shift.
