Production Supervisor – Carpentry Workshop

Responsibilities

• Oversee production for a carpentry-only workshop
• Read and work confidently with CAD drawings
• Handle all carpentry materials and items such as veneer, wood, ironmongery, joinery tools and more
• Plan and manage production schedules
• Plan out full carpentry project timelines from start to finish
• Manage and coordinate the workshop team and manpower planning
• Liaise with material suppliers and keep good working relationships with them

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a joinery production environment
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of carpentry materials and processes
• Comfortable reading and working from CAD drawings
• Good supplier relationships/network in carpentry materials
• Valid UAE driving license (must‑have)
• Arabic speaking is a plus, but not required
