Production Supervisor

Overview

Equation Staffing is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor for our client in Southeast Calgary. This is a hands-on leadership role in food manufacturing for an experienced professional with a track record in production management, plant operations, and team leadership. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily production, ensure safety and quality compliance, optimize workflow, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience, strong organizational skills, and a focus on efficiency and employee development.

Salary and Bonus

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year
Bonus: Discretionary bonus up to 15%
