This is a hands‑on role on the production floor. You will be the driving force behind daily efficiencies, working under the direction of the Production Manager to solve real‑time challenges and lead a dedicated team to success.
Advantages
- Compensation: CA$60,000 – CA$70,000 per year plus benefits and paid overtime.
- Schedule: Rotating weekly shifts (Monday–Friday). Day: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Overtime flexibility is essential.
