Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift. This role will take place at our new facility in Greenwood, SC. The hours for 3rd shift are **Sunday - Thursday, 11:30pm - 7:30am** . We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates within the United States.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading frontline manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality production. This role oversees daily execution of production plans, manages and develops team members, enforces operational standards, and partners cross functionally to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. The supervisor monitors key performance metrics, allocates resources effectively, and maintains strong process discipline to achieve targets in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
