Production - SPC Clerk - 2nd Shift

Shift: 4:30 PM-2:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $19.49 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will collect, track, analyze, and document production data to support quality standards and ensure the efficient flow of high-quality product through the manufacturing process. You will monitor production variables including weights, temperatures, and product specifications while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Procedures, and food safety standards.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Start each shift by reviewing the production schedule, completing pass-over with the previous shift, and performing safety checks on equipment and required Personal Protective Equipment.
+ Report to assigned workstation, verify product being run, and ensure proper supplies are staged and available.
