**Location:** Dong Nai, Vietnam
**POSITION** **SNAPSHOT**
+ Working location: Nestlé Dong Nai Factory (Bien Hoa 2 IZ, Dong Nai)
+ Working time: Rotating 3-shift model, 6 days/week
+ Reporting line: Production Manager
**KEY** **RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. **Lead & Develop High Performing Teams**
+ Manage and coach production operators and line leaders to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
+ Build team capability through training, coaching, and development plans.
+ Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven working culture.
1. **Drive Production Excellence**
+ Ensure production plans are delivered safely, on time, in full, and within quality standards.
