About the role
As a Production Shift Manager (Frontline Manager), you will act as the single point of leadership for your frontline team, making key decisions throughout the shift to ensure strong performance. You will drive execution, uphold core standards, and work closely with the line structure to continuously improve results and build team capability.
Note: This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern, consisting of 12-hour day and night shifts.
