Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead shift operations to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time production in line with EHS and Quality standardsMonitor daily activities (logs, BPRs, training, work orders) to ensure accuracy and compliancePlan and coordinate shift activities, including maintenance, changeovers, and resource allocationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, QA, QCL) to support production schedulesDrive continuous improvement through problem-solving, Gemba walks, and team engagementLead troubleshooting of plant issues and escalate when requiredEnsure effective communication across shifts and with site leadershipManage deviations, incidents, and support initial investigationsCoach, develop, and performance-manage the operations team, including training and development plansSupport workforce planning, including shift cover, absence management, and contractor oversight
