Production Services Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Production Services Specialist with 3–6 years of experience to manage batch jobs, Control‑M scheduling, incident and change management, and operational support for enterprise IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Control‑M software to ensure stability, efficiency, and optimal performance.
• Conduct batch job scheduling and performance reviews on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Update and schedule jobs in collaboration with job owners and review execution timelines.
• Coordinate with monitoring teams to ensure proper job monitoring and timely escalations.
• Perform incident and change management for Control‑M and job‑related issues.
• Handle service requests and change requests from system or application teams.
