Production & Quality Manager – Medical Devices

Job Responsibilities Manages and coordinates all plant production operations.
Responsible for production and assembly activities, quality control, purchasing, logistics, and supply within a plant.
Responsible for the production operation budget.
Implements short and long‐term manufacturing plans.
Formulates and secures approval for technological improvements to ensure quality standards.
Focuses on implementing and executing strategies within production.
Frequently advises others on complex matters.
Ensures that government regulations and company standards are achieved and maintained in production and quality control.
Participates in production strategy planning.
Leads a team of direct reports.
Usually reports to Head of Production or Plant Manager.
