Job Description
Responsibilities
- Fulfills production plans and delivers final products on schedule
- Performs equipment / process trouble shooting and equipment maintenance
- Supervises and train the production staffs
- Prepares and monitors daily output & yield report in providing improvement plan if necessary
- Conducts invetigation upon customer's complaint, and provide corrective / preventive action when necessary
- Investigate on quality related matters arise during production and provide corrective / preventive action when necessary
- Runs the production / machine when there is shortage of manpower
- Ensures good housekeeping at all time
- Make sure documents in accordance with the updated drawings and specifications
- Release of non-conforming items for further processing as advised by Material Review Board
