Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Planner located in Columbia, SC.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Production Planner will be In charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
What a typical day looks like:
Assess order fulfillment feasibility based on material, labor, and capacity availability; confirm orders and release clean‑to‑build work orders.
Develop, maintain, and execute short‑ and long‑term production plans, including MPS and forecasts, and update planning data in ERP systems.
Monitor plan execution, inventory levels, and system accuracy (BOM, routings, item master, WOs); proactively address deviations, shortages, and schedule ri...
