Production Operator

Brett Martin is a firmly established global business, manufacturing an ever-growing range of plastic and building products. Due to continuous growth and investment, we are seeking to recruit a number of new Production Operators to join us. You will have the opportunity to join an exciting and innovative workplace, working with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.

As a Production Operator at Brett Martin, you will work:

• 12-hour shifts rotating days and nights, including weekends
• 40.25 or 46 hours per week, depending on shift pattern
• Your normal working hours are 7.15 a.m. / p.m. to 7.15 p.m. / a.m. All shift patterns consist of rotating day and night shifts. The shifts will rotate on a 2-week cycle. Depending on business needs, you may be required to work a different shift pattern.
• 7 or 8 out of every 14 days / nights, depending on shift pattern
