Job Description
**🔹** **Role Summary**
This position involves working on a fast-paced production floor supporting high-speed machinery that manufactures cardboard boxes. The role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
**🔹** **Key Responsibilities**
+ Assist machine operators on high-speed production equipment (up to 400 boxes/minute)
+ Collect, stack, and inspect cardboard boxes for quality
+ Measure boxes precisely (up to **1/8 inch accuracy** using a tape measure)
+ Lift and move materials (up to **50 lbs regularly** )
+ Transport scrap materials to the **baler room**
+ **Maintain a clean and safe workspace (sweeping, organizing)**
+ **Monitor machine performance and report issues**
+ **Adapt to different production areas as needed**
