The Role

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our busy and growing team at Sofina Malton. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the production line—working efficiently to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands‑on opportunity to develop your skills and build a long‑term career with one of the leading names in the food industry.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with overtime available. Hours of work will be Thursday - Saturday 06:30 -18:30.

Pay: £12.71 an hour

Your Key Responsibilities

• Verify product specifications (size, weight, colour).
• Adjust machine settings for different products.
• Report faults in products / machinery to team leader.
• Processing meat products.
• Pack and label goods.
