Are you an experienced Production Operative, Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operative or Process Operator looking for a secure, long‑term role in a highly regulated manufacturing environment?

We are recruiting a number of Production Operatives to join a well‑established manufacturing site in Kidderminster, manufactoring specialist MOD (Ministry of Defence) equipment. This is a hands‑on, responsible role with clear procedures and strong health & safety standards.

Your duties will include:

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery
• Working with specialist MOD equipment in line with strict operating procedures
