**What You'll Do**

+ Perform quality checks, including color matching, mil thickness testing, scratch testing, oven temperature verification, and cleaning solution inspections.
+ Set up, adjust, and operate spray guns to ensure quality paint application.
+ Verify first-piece runs meet specifications and quality standards.
+ Train team members on proper painting, masking, and part-hanging techniques.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, routers, and other technical documents.
+ Maintain paint and supply inventory and order materials as needed.
+ Support production schedules through effective prioritization and Kanban management.
