1<strong>. New Development &amp; Sampling</strong></p> <p><br />
Understand new fabric/product developments shared by the Design team and prepare development plans<br />
for handloom fabrics and craft-based products. Execute design sampling including yarn selection, graphs, loom setup requirements, jacquard/dobby<br />
programs, and technical feasibility.<br />
Share regular sampling updates and dispatch prototypes to the Design team for approval.</p> <p><strong>2. Production Planning &amp; Execution</strong></p> <p><br />
