Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee and optimize daily manufacturing operations at its Tijuana facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting delivery targets, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume manufacturing, team leadership, and Lean operations , with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
