We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Production Manager to oversee daily food production operations within a fast‑paced airline catering / outside events environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all desserts / pastries are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards while meeting strict client requirements.
The Production Manager will lead production teams, coordinate with multiple departments, and maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety.
- Manage and supervise daily food production operations for airline and events catering services.
