We are hiring a Production Manager to lead factory operations with strong planning discipline, execution control, and delivery accountability.
Role Overview
You will own end-to-end production execution - from order allocation to dispatch readiness - ensuring:
- On-time shipment adherence
- Controlled rejection levels
- Optimal manpower utilization
- Zero production delays due to planning gaps
