Production Manager – Lean, High-Tech Automation

Flexmill seeks a Production Manager to oversee the Nurmijärvi unit's daily operations, manage delivery projects, and coordinate resources efficiently.

You will lead project management, design, and assembly teams, drive Lean process improvements, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with supply chain, sales, and administration to keep costs in check.

Fluency in Finnish and English is required; this is a direct hire with permanent employment in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
