Leading and well-established engineering company based in Wadeville requires an experienced Production Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:
BSc Engineering – Mechanical or Chemical/Metallurgical
Minimum 5 years Production / Process experience
Experience with batteries, crushers, screens, filter presses

• You will manage the resources, safely and professionally in the Battery Breaker plant to contribute to the profitability of the company.
• Break batteries to satisfy the identified needs of the smelter department operating from the manufacturing plant in Wadeville.
• Professionally manage – Plan and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for Breaking Batteries in accordance with SHREQ, cost, and quantity specifications.
• Ensure costs are kept within budget and achieve the tonnage budget monthly by utilizing all resources effectively.
