An automotive company in Westmead is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the achievement of business objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all production activities, policies, procedures, and departmental performance. Drive customer and management KPIs and implement effective corrective actions when targets are not achieved. Ensure risk assessments, 5S standards, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives are maintained. Develop, mentor, and support Shift Leaders and technical specialists. Promote sound employee relations and ensure adequate staffing to meet operational requirements.
