Production manager / draughtsman

Key Responsibilities Draughting & Design Create detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings using Solid Works. Develop and modify sheet metal drawings and assemblies. Generate production-ready drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications. Ensure all drawings comply with manufacturing requirements and company standards. Liaise with customers, sales teams, and production staff regarding design requirements and revisions. Maintain drawing records, revisions, and technical documentation. Production Management Manage and coordinate daily production activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet customer deadlines. Monitor production output, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot manufacturing and production-related issues as they arise.
