Requirements
- National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
- 5 years managerial experience.
- Valid RSA driver's license with own transport.
- Excellent People Relationship Management.
- Knowledge regarding ISO standards.
- Advantageous: 5 Years Customer Service experience in an animal feed industry & knowledge within animal feed production industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations in a high volume, and fast paced monogastric and ruminant environment.
- Produce products in accordance with strict adherence to company's policies and procedures.
- Improve line productivity (OEE) by analysing line performances and taking the necessary action.
