We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and hands-on leader to oversee production operations, manage teams effectively, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards while leading and developing a high-performing production team.
