1. Role Purpose:

This project brief outlines the objectives, responsibilities, and expected deliverables for the apprentice working on the Converting Production Lines at Al Nakheel Paper Manufacturing. The apprentice will gain practical, hands‑on experience in production operations and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives in alignment with the company’s IWS (Integrated Work System) standards.

2. Role Objectives:

• Gain practical exposure to process management within a manufacturing environment.
• Understand and apply process control methodologies, tools, and techniques following IWS systems.
• Support effective shift handovers by participating in DDS (Daily Direction Setting) using the SHO (Shift Handover) structure.
