- Lead line performance, equipment, and personnel, driving continuous improvement across all areas.
- Cultivate high‑performing teams through effective engagement strategies.
- Oversee shift teams, managing performance, discipline, attendance, rosters, holidays, and training requirements.
- Monitor line metrics to eliminate waste, maximise efficiency, and optimise cost per tonne.
